Serving the Phoenix metro area since 1985, the Total Eyecare staff is dedicated to providing you and your family the very best in optometric care and friendly, professional service.

Dr. Larry Holle, O.D.

Doctor of Optometry/Owner

Dr. Holle, a Nebraska native (Go Big Red!) has been in practice for over 25 years. Dr. Holle received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and he graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1978. Shortly after graduating Dr. Holle moved to Arizona to open his practice and has been caring for eyes ever since.

Dr. Holle is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arizona Optometric Association. He has served as a board member on both the National Coalition of Eyecare IPA's and the Arizona Eyecare Alliance.

Dr. Holle married his wife Dianna a little over 20 years ago. They have two great teenage boys, both of whom are avid golf and baseball fanatics.

AnnMarie Levin

Optician/Office Manager

AnnMarie has been in the optial business for more than 11 years... 6 of which have been with Dr. Holle's Total EyeCare Center. She is also a Nebraska native and Big Red football fanatic!

AnnMarie is an American Board of Opticianry Certified Optician. She has also worked in the past as a Certified Lasik Technician and has assisted doctors in numerous Lasik procedures.

AnnMarie and her husband Mick live in the north valley with their 4 very active children, Dylan, Jacob, Robyn, and Sierra, and a large asssortment of family pets.

Gary

Optometric Assistant

Gary is Dr. Holle's Optometric Assistant and Lab Technician. He has been working with Dr. Holle for over 12 years!

Are you replacing the lenses in your existing frame, but can't be with out your glasses? No problem! Our lab is equipped with a patternless edger for the convenience of our patients. You can keep your frame in most cases until the lenses are here and ready for Gary to fit them to your frame… in about an hour!

Gary will take excellent care of you and your eyes as he leads you through a thorough and comprehensive pre-exam work up using state of the art diagnostic equipment and the professional knowledge he has acquired from his years of hands on experience.

Sariah

Receptionist

Sariah is the first person you will see when you visit Dr. Holle's Total Eyecare Center. She has been our receptionist for almost 3 years now, and has over 6 years experience in the optical industry.

Sariah is a part time student at PVCC studying for her psychology degree. She is also training for her first full marathon coming up in January.
